Mr. Conklin and his family face imminent eviction from their farm and has never been granted a full and fair hearing.

EMC and other banks involved in this case have engaged in illegal procedures on numerous occasions to force this fraudulent foreclosure. 

Mr. Conklin asks only for justice - that he be permitted to present his side of the case and be fairly heard in the court system, or that EMC do the right thing and engage with him in mediation.
