If you are truly interested in reducing the carbon footprint caused by the maintenance of servers, you should start by removing the overwhelming majority of blogs, sites made solely for AdSense, Free-For-All link sites, sites that advocate violence & hatred, illegal sites that cater to pedophiles and other parasites, etc. FIRST. But to paraphrase your own letter: YOU will not change anything. Please stop wasting energy by keeping this petition active. Thank you.

Is this some kind of a joke? If so, it doesn't make me laugh. If not, it says all about you. You may not believe that great organizations and their websites like Care 2 with their online petitions will make a difference. But all of us who sign these petitions do. We care about this world and hereby I'd like to compliment and thank the members of Care 2 for your wonderful work! And for enabling others to participate for free. I am very grateful for that! I think that you missed the point: it's not Care 2 who is "poisoning" the atmosphere. Quite on the contrary! It's the great industries and policies of this world that do. And I'm afraid to say also your ridiculous suggestion. Sorry! Haven't you got anything better to do?
