STOP MASSACRE OF STRAYS IN MOLDOVA!

Mr MAYOR,
We , the undersigned animal lovers and fighterS for their rights ,are horriffied about your decision to kill all the strays in the capital of Moldova, CHISINAU  as it was written in Hot NEWS.ro , we cannot accept this, we strongly protest and are asking to fina other solutions; to build shelters, to spay neuter and release, and to initiate a camapaign to educate people reguarding the animal rights, to be 'stray animal" doesnt mean to be killed, but to offer them a chance to life.This is your duty and NOT THE KILLING IS THE SOLUTION!

A shelter for stray dogs
Photo: Agerpres Dogs Community in the capital of Moldova will be euthanized on Monday announced the general mayor of Chisinau, Dorin Chirtoaca. According to a decision by the City Council, all dogs, which will be caught and for 10 days will not be claimed by the master, will be subjected to euthanasia, reports Unimedia.
