The popular video hosting and sharing site,Youtube, has gone down hill.Many of the videos that were removed,youtube claimed violated TOS (terms of services) laws.These videos do not show violence,hate,or anything illegal yet they have been removed.This petition is not about those videos,but the ones that Youtube still allows.Youtube still ,even after videos have been flagged,post videos showing Soldier tossing a puppy over the edge,kids hitting each other upside the head with sholves,teenagers ganging up and fighting each other and how to break into your neighbor's house using a "jump key" If youtube fears being sued by companies for showing tv shows,then they should worry more about these videos showing kids how to do cruel and illegal things.
ALl you have to do is search on youtube for anything like rape,porn,shootings,murder,etc and there's 2 or more videos like that.Please tell Youtube to stop showing these unethical,immoral videos. It's ok to show videos using profanity but the violence and hatefilled stuff must go! Let youtube know you won't stand for this.

We the undersigned, have been faithful youtubers but we have come to the decision that youtube's videos are showing copy catted violence and teaches people how to make instruments tha can be used in illegal actions.Please get rid of videos showing crimes and assaults.

I want YouTube completely shut down no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Kids in Bakersfield California, are now glueing quarters to windows with krazy glue or rear view mirror repair glue and using spark plugs to bust out windows in all new cars they find. This has happened to me and it cost $1000.00 to replace my back window. There are many other reasons such as; animal cruetly; showing babies being thrown accross rooms; teens being attacked and violently beaten; and throwing sodas into fast food sellers faces. At this point, I feel that YouTube can not be redeemed for these actions and should be completely shut down. There is no excuse for the violence or property damage being shown on this website. This website influence kids to go out and preform these violent and destructive acts because they see it on YouTube. I think we as the public should be fed-up with this website and be allow to shut it down. This is not "freedom of expression or speech" but a way for these stupid kids to find a way to entertain themselves through the misery of others. For them, its all a game and this game must stop!!! When will we as a the American public put a stop to it? Maybe never, but I for one am tired of hearing about the violence on the news every night!! One last thing, wake up America and stop this website from destroying peoples lives and families NOW!!!

I am very upset by what they allow to be posted, and when people report inappropriate videos they actually cancel YOUR account, not the person posting the videos. They'll send you messages stating the videos aren't against their policies even though they say not to post videos like that. Youtube encourages people to commit violent, illegal, and immoral activities by making it seem cool to become "popular" posting these kinds of videos and getting as many views as possible. Sickening,

I was a regular user of You Tube for it's music videos but until they admit their shocking negligence and remove these videos i will not be using it again. I adore the internet as it brings knowledge to the masses but it sickens me to think that people will always find a way to pervert progress. I think that fascination with filming violence, especially teen violence, needs to be put to an end. With sites such a Youtube.com allowing such tasteless, dangerous videos to be posted on their website, there is nothing but encouragement for this behavior being portrayed. A simple screening of the videos before they are allowed to be uploaded to the internet could deter such violence from being perpetuated.
