STOP WELFARE FRAUD- New Regulations on the use of EBT cards

Please sign this petition to STOP WELFARE FRAUD.  The taxpayers of California are fed-up with the abuse of EBT cards.  This careless monitoring has costed our state billions of dollars.  We, the taxpayers pick up the tab for fraud.  Welfare should be for the elder, proven disabled, and the recent unemployed citizens.  Welfare receipents who have children should be made to assist their children educationally. 

PLEASE SIGN this petition and pass this along to California voters.  We must speak up about this issue, after all, it is costing all citizens financially.

We the undersigned urge your signature toward a petition to STOP WELFARE FRAUD.  The taxpayers of California are astonished to learn about the abuse of Electronic Benefits Transaction (EBT) cards.  Why are recipients allowed to eat at fast food and dining restuarants?  Working citizens often can not afford these luxuries.  Welfare should be to provide citizens from going hungry.  It should not be given to provide luxuries.  Much misuse of the cards have been headlined in the news, but more should be done.  Welfare should be given to the elder, verified disabled, and recent unemployed citizens.  California can afford these crimes.  Teachers, police, firemen, librarians and countless others are being laid-off year and the welfare system is allowing others to misuse money.   

This issue is costing California citizens at an alarming rate.  Is it occuring in your state?  It probably is.  Speak now by signing this petition.  Send this to every one you know, especially California voters.
