There should not be any parenting classes, psychological testing/evaluations, court stipulations, CPS contracts arranged or signed, paternity testing arranged by CPS,and medical release forms signed without a trial by judge or jury in a criminal charged proceding giving a verdict of guilty beyond reasonable doubt. If a jury trial or trial by judge rules innocent, the CPS charges must be dropped and the parents' name must be expunged from the Central Registry for child abuse. Hearsay evidence must be ruled out in the court. Termination of parental rights or removal of children should not be due to mental illness of the parent. Psychological testing and psychological experts paid by CPS ought to be ruled out in court.  my daughter has   3 children in foster care with her rights to due process violated and I want to prevent them from being adopted and in long term foster care.
