Have a program in Junior High and High Schools that teaches the kids the consequences of smoking, drinking alcohol and drugs.

They should be taught the side effects and long term effects of:

smoking - leads to emphysema, addiction, etc.

alcohol - bad liver, addiction, death if driving a car, etc.

drugs - addiction, sickness and death
