But the human rights granted by the constitution are constantly under siege.Time and time again, Congress, President Bush as well as the news mediahave sought to dis-inform the American public by professing that giving upcivil liberties for more security is necessary for the nation.
And now President has signed the Real ID Act of 2006 be enforced by May 11, 2011. This Act allows for the mandating of National ID cards for every citizen which will threaten everyAmerican citizens' freedoms and privacy.
We need to permanently protect our fundamental rights and civil liberties such as privacy! Urge your Representativeto repeal the Real ID Act of 2006 as unconstitutional to permanently protect our civil liberties while we still have them.

We, the American People, recognize our rights to freedom and privacy. We also recognize that a National ID card threatens our civil liberties and quality of lives as we as American citizens should not be suspected as terrorists. We are not slaves to the United States government and are not willing to give up our sovereignty as free Americans. A National ID card is ultimately unconstitutional and will not prevent terrorism and illegal immigration as many uninformed people may suggest. Therefore, we urge you to take immediate, concrete and comprehensive action to address the Unconstitutionality of a National ID card by repealing the Real ID Act of 2006.
The cost of giving up civil liberties for more security is too much to bear for anybody in the world, nonetheless American citizens.

I don't want anyone knowing my whereabouts 24/7 with an RFID chip in a card emits a low signal for government to trace me anytime. Or when I make any transactions at bank,grocery store, pharmacy etc. Wake Up America we are slowly being taken over and our rights violated!!!Next the Blue Laws will be inacted and inforced. Blue Laws our Sunday worship that is already in law but not inforced yet. Take back your freedoms now. Another way the government is taking away your freedom is the no public smoking laws. Some States you cant even smoke in your car. It is a cover for future laws to control what you can do in Public. It has nothing to do with your health or the government would have shut down tobacco companys long ago. Wake Up and look around you at what is happening to America. I thought that " WE THE PEOPLE " run this country? NOT. Take back our country from those in power for our own good before its too late. Do you know that the satellites in orbit can pinpoint you with ID cards or RFID chips anytime anywhere. Even when you are in the privacy of your own home. Seems like no one cares anymore for there country to allow such abominations to take place. Wake up and control your own future before its too late! These cards are just precursors to something far worse. Ask yourself why you would need a Global National ID card? That means the whole world is required to have these same cards.

We already use the Social Security System as a means of National Identification; even though the bylaws of the Social Security System clearly stipulate that Social Security numbers are not to be used as Identification. Yet, we cannot get a Drivers license, a job, or even credit without giving out our SSN.
