For the past few years, during the month of July, Serbian city of Novi Sad
has been becoming one of the most popular destinations for music festival
lovers across the Globe. International music greats such as Prodigy, Billy
Idol, Lauren Hill, to name a few, have been performing for the thousands of
youth from across the globe, during the 4 days every July.
However what has been happening behind the public eye is a mass slaughter of
innocent stray dogs, all in the sake of so called Cleanliness for the city
of Novi sad, which has been organised by the ex city's mayor Ms Maja Gojkovic,
who in attempt to impress the festival goers with the city, committed this
dog massacre.
The stray dogs have been picked up by vans and taken to so called buildings
for the city's cleanliness and killed by having injections of detergent
injected straight to their hearts or the alternative way by being buried
alive.
Various associations for animal lovers have been trying to stop this and
make this revelation public, but all the attempts have been unsuccessful and
yet more dogs are being killed every day.
The same situation is in whole Serbia.
This is an appeal to the UN&EU for help. We need to stop this and make it
public. None of the Serbian authorities are willing to help.

Dans le même temps, appris deux nouvelles, le premier à avoir renouvelé votre abonnement négociations avec l'UE concernant la signature de l'Accord de stabilisation et d'association, dans ce qui ne peut que vous féliciter, vous et les autres chiens qui errent dans les Novi Sad victimes de la brutalité horrible: jeter dans le trou, le ve%u0161aju , prebijaju à mort, vivant dans un des sacs de plastique fermé, truju et laisser pro%u017Eivljaju en agonie indicible tristesse ... sauf, si ce n'est la vie jetés dans les camions, garbage collector!
Comment il est possible d'être traités, en particulier en tant que tel comportement punissable par les lois de votre qui sont liées à la protection des animaux (article 46 de la 138e et vétérinaire) et le Code pénal de la RS, à savoir son 269e membre qui prévoit les sanctions appropriées contre de tels comportements?
Comment accepter que vous avez encore d'accord avec le damnably des actions pour l'éradication de la rue, les chiens et les chats à cause de la IX-ème Festival olympique de la jeunesse dans laquelle 48 pays ont pris part et Exzita?
Et il ya seulement deux ans, après la tenue de manifestations similaires, on m'a assuré que vous personnellement stand pour résoudre le problème des chiens errants dans le respect des normes européennes et en utilisant les expériences des pays qui n'ont pas réussi à résoudre le problème d'une façon humaine et acceptable cicilizovan.
Toutefois, si jamais été aussi proche de la conclusion d'accords sur l'adhésion à l'Union européenne, vous avez dépassé les frontières de la honte, si vous prévoyez de suivre l'exemple réussi d'autres pays, ne tenez pas compte du fait que vous avez dans votre pays à mai.
Monsieur le Président, je ne peux pas croire que la Serbie a montré qu'il est en mesure de réaliser des progrès prometteurs dans les relations internationales, qui est la même en même temps que la Serbie est responsable de l'horrible traitement des animaux. Je ne peux pas accepter que ce qui est impossible à imaginer, en termes de dignité, et en termes de légalité, de vos services à mettre en %u0153uvre. Lets save the animals please ask anyone and everyone to help I cant believe things like this actually happen. I cant believe this woman is allowing this to go on. I feel so sorry for the poor animals who have suffered. Its not their fault they are stray, and just because people cant be bothered to find them homes or atleast try it is apauling. Detergent injected into their heart or burying them alive is plain and simply cruel it should be illegal it should be looked at as a crime. This needs to go public so everyone knows about it please pass the message on.

Please do not allow those who do not know how to treat animals as Serbia treats theirs. It is only one step from killing a dog to killing a man. I think we have enough violence, if they can not keep it off their streets then they will bring it into the streets of others. The killing in itself is not necessary in the fashion it is done so ask yourself why it is done this way. WHY.. if the answer does not frighten you then you do not yet know the answer.

I love animals, hopefully this petition will wake the animal abusers up. I will NEVER go to Serbia, unless they stop torturing dogs. My 3 older Granddaughters, ages 9,10, and 11 LOVE and RESPECT animals, they want names and addresses of the abusers. Serbia should be ashamed of what they are doing to these poor dogs. My country, no country can hide their dirty deeds, they will be found out, sooner or later. We will not tolerate animals being abused.....
