In violation of a federal holiday of criminal procedure § 6103. Rule 5. Holidays the following are legal statutory holidays:

New Years Day's, Birthday of Martin Luther King Jr's, Washingtons Birthday's, Memorial Day. Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day. Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day,


On this 19th day. of January 2004, a crime was committed by Judge Ashley Charles Royal in Brunswick GA, Glynn Co. Southern District Court by having an open trial on a statutory holiday that is observed by the entire country Ashley C. Royal held court and ordered civil workers to come in to work on this day, We the people of United Nuwaubians Worldwide put this petition together for your acknowledgement and your assistance pursuant to Title 28 USC 1986 (Knowledge of the law) We are recommending your signature for your assistance so that we can correct this error of this great day that has been violated and unmarked by an impartial racist judge.

The judge did not recuse him self

A hung jury took place

The jury was swayed by media influence  

The prosecution was swayed by the judge and the alleged victims were  coerced by the prosecution and the judge,

Defendant Malachi K. York was not given proper counsel, 

Was charged under Misnomer Dwight York,

Defendant Malachi K. York is not an American citizen. He is a Liberian citizen

Defendant Malachi K. York was denied a bond hearing.

He was given 135 years which goes against sentencing requirement he was put in a maximum correctional facility Admax which goes against his classification requirement
Defendant has hereditary Angioedema which Admax (Colorado) has not provided adequate medical facilities to treat.
