what is the answer when your child is taken and you find out you have no rights.
I have a problem where I cant seem to get any help from the system, and I am not one with money to afford a good lawyer but I have facts and information showing our system is failing and how kids are kidnapped and placed on the back burning, and left up to the system to find and error then the problem becomes swept under the rug, how can a person mother or father raising a child have the other parent after years of not being there just be able to take over is it because he or she pays child support make it right for them to corrupt the child's life as well as the rest of the family. Who has rights is my question, once the kid is out of the state what do you do when you have no money how do you find the right resources./?
I had heard of my child's behavior but had not seen it until July 4, 2009, I made the decision to have my son removed from my home due to the nature of his behavior and being on medication and as a mother seeking help for her child. He was not breathing when he entered the world that is a problem that would be look at over the years his behaviors, his short comings his bad sportsmanship along with all the other problems he was brought in this world with which are not his own. Now I sit back and maybe once a month get a call from a boy I don't know, and worse I cant even begin to help because the system tells me there is nothing we can do because his father has now taking over, after 12 years in one day his father gets to make all the decisions. Please hear my whole case so I can show you where the mistakes have taken place, where I failed as a mot her where I just sat here hoping someone could or would make a difference I would like to make the difference. Use my circumstances as one of many and lets make changes where they are needed at.
