Solidarity with Iran!
Dear friends!
The situation in Iran is escalating more and more! The regime bans foreign press and blocks the Internet so that the world cannot see the bloodshed and the cruel street battles!
But we are not blind Mr. Khamenei! We are not not deaf Mr. Ahmadinejad!
We can hear all those people screaming for their rights, we can see them marching courageously in the streets, struggling for their freedom, struggling for a better life for all future generations!
I am a student abroad. I feel helpless seeing the news because I cannot march with my Iranian fellows. I feel useless knowing I don't have enough power to achieve something on my own. But I have a voice I can raise and I am not completely helpless, if I know that you are reading this and that you are feeling the anger, the pain but also the unique moment for the Iranian people! They are tired of being oppressed, this is their chance to change something! Let us stand up for them, for their bravery and for their suffering.
Dear friends, this petition is not about taking somebody's (political) party. We just want everyone to know, that we want people worldwide to bring pressure on their governments to NOT accept the violation of human rights in Iran, the abuse of the liberty of press and the senseless dying!
We want a FREE and DEMOCRATIC Iran because such basic values as liberty, democracy and human rights are all a FARCE if they do not apply to EVERY NATION, to EVERY HUMAN BEING. And as long the Iranian regime holds 70 million people hostage we have to become involved andwe have to be committed...

My boyfriend is Iranian, his parents and his brothers live in Teheran, he is very concerned, and I also am..
When innocent people are fighting for the right to live their lives, and because of that,they are killed, while the world is watching i can not stand indifferent. Despite the fact that i am far away and i don not have any real power to stop the violence, i want to rise my voice and say: i care and respect you.dont stop the fight.

As an Iranian who has experienced the time of the islamic revolution in 1979 and before that I appreciate your statement. All the Iranian people in my age should be proud of this kind of thinking and analysing of this current situation in Iran. We all as Iranians should have a GREAT HOPE because young Iranian generations in Iran and abroad know exactly what they want and what the real and basic needs of the Iranian society are.

Please the iranian people need help. They are dying every day and nobody is helping. I call the international world for solidarity. All they want is freedom and peace in any sense. They want change. They have enough of a regime who does not follow the human rights and abuses its own people.

I agree with you we see what is taking place in Iran, these people are tired of what is happening there. I stand with them, I support them for what they are doing. We in America need to wake up, this is going to happen to our country also. I hold my freedom dear. This country has freedom that was brought about by much bloodshed. I only wish that people in America had half the guts that these people do to get out into the streets for what they believe in. I will pass this petition along to many others I know who support you. They are making videos on You Tube in support of what you are doing.
