Joshua at age 15, was vibrant and full of life, his smile was captivating and eyes were true, he was popular, athlethic, excelled in acedemics,  fun loving, and a friend to all.

On  the morning of January 12, Joshua was killed by a hit and run driver that failed to render aid after the accident that well could have saved his life. He left our Joshua to die in the middle of the road face down,  helpless.
 
After many months of investigations and nearing an arrest, There was a "leak" to the suspect, from which we (parents of Joshua) were told was a prosecuting attorney within the District Attorneys offce, this was told to us  by The district Attorney himself, Mike Reise.

Please sign our petition and let our Grand Jury know how important Joshua's life was and how important it is that we have Justice for Josh! We would have hoped that the Grand Jury would have found it necessary to investigate this on their own.

Due to the recent leak in the Del Norte District Attorneys Office,  regarding the hit and run case  Joshua Lacy , we are requesting that a formal investigation and inquiry by made by the Grand Jury . We would request that the Grand Jury investigate how such privliged information regarding this case could be leak to a suspect, by someone in  Del Norte County District Attorneys Office and the  possible obstruction of justice that have might have occurred in the  District Attorneys Office.
