COUNCIL HARASSMENT TRIES to EVICT pentioner off her own land after 15 years .

My mother has worked hard all her life she purchased her land when I was 13 years of age.
She has lived on her land in a caravan for 17 years with no issues or bothering anyone.
4 years ago a man from London brought adjacent land but claimed part of mums land was his.
My mother than had to go to high court fighting to prove her land was rightfully hers .
She won her case rightfully so , but this caused my mother into a downward spiral of depression.
The man who caused this unnecessary upset to my mum stated “I have a friend on the council” .
Oh didn’t he just then to make matters worse for mum this Wiltshire council lady has been constantly harassing my mother about enforcing notice to get her evicted from her land .
As a pensioner that needs care , I have been caring for my mum , I take in meals each day , do washing shopping etc .
I didn’t drive so I would travel out doing this for mum as the only one who cared to help . This cost me £11.00 there £11.00 back each day which isn’t a big problem.
But after loosing my job as a nurse auxiliary due to depression of loosing my dad , then loosing my home as my landlord didn’t pay a tax bill I was homeless.
So my dad had paid for two static caravans for us to live in .
Our world then seemed was going to be ok .
So I could be on site to help mum transform the land and improve it as mum couldn’t do it any way shape or form .
Our plan was and is to buy farm animals for children with learning disabilities etc to come and get therapy to help them as I have always worked in care and with learning disabilities i am very passionate about it.
Also wanting to preserve nature and bees with the great decline .
I am so concerned after loosing my dad my gramp in a year that I will loose my mum An this is really pushing her over the edge.
It is also not helping my mental health either as I can’t be homeless again either.
It really has been a tough couple years and we just want to improve things for everyone.
Please please my mother is a very proud and was a hard working independent woman
We need your help. How can this be right to force this on my mum and myself after all these years like living her dream of being surrounded by nature.

preserving nature, wildlife and appreciate  

all at its absolute best where all this is on a rapid decline.

feeding the birds , foxes badgers watching the deer in the garden , the white owl , sparrow hawk butterflies bees 

planting’s plants and trees to encourage the bees etc .

everything we are trying to achieve is only positive and to see my mum smile again knowing she is safe happy cared for and surrounded by nature at its absolute best is priceless.
