in 1950 china invaded the country of tibet tibet had no choice but to be a province of china 1 million Tibetans died i the first bunch of years of Chinese occupation in 1959 the Dali lama had no choice but to flee to india or he would have been killed many monks were killed and temples and monasteries destroys many Tibetans back then fled with the dali lama to india many monks had to go to india or Nepal to protect there culture many try to practice there culture in tibet the best they can but they get punished for it many arrested tortured killed they protest across tibet and china and the world to be tree from tibet more arrested tortured killed and many arrested for practicing there culture many temples and monasteries have only less then 200 monks others have been killed or forced to leave tibet its now a crime to praise or have a picture of the dali lama under Chinese rule the Chinese living in tibet get all the rights the Tibetans have no rights here they have now more Chinese then Tibetans in tibet many kids now are on Chinese origin Tibetans are now i minority in there own country and there many are poor or homeless begging with no school or food or water they try to have there traditional celebrations with not much place life to celebrate with no right political prisoners tortured the government of tibet in exile and the dali lama in exile in india many have died got arrested and tortured trying to free tibet and its all going to be for nothing if this all fails
