PETITION TO REVOKE THE PERMIT ISSUED TO INSTALL A GATE ON PLANTATION RIDGE DRIVE CONNECTING TO LINEBERGER ROAD

The Morrison Plantation HOA Residential Board has voted to petition the Mooresville Town Board of Commissioners to revoke the permit that has been issued to install a private access gate at the end of Plantation Ridge Drive that would connect to Lineberger Road.
The Board is requesting that the existing barrier be left in place permanently.

If you agree, please sign the petition that will be submitted by the Mooresville Town Clerk to the Mooresville Town Board of Commissioners.

Petition to revoke a permit


Good day Commisioners


Please review the Petition we have submitted from our communities requesting the Town to revoke the permit issued to install a gate at the end of Plantation Ridge Dr. that will connect to Lineberger Rd.


We as a community have attended the last Board of Commisioners meeting, and a meeting with Mayor Atkins and Town Officials to have our voices heard that are in opposition to this gate being installed.


The majority of our Residents are asking that you please continue to help keep Morrison Plantation and its Residents a safe thriving neighborhood by revoking this permit. The proposed gate will create numerous


issues which will negatively impact our Residents safety and quality of lfe.
