Sadly there has been an increase in Puppy Farming in the UK and Ireland, by making the ISPCA, USPCA and the RSPCA carry out snap inspections on these puppy farms, it would be harder for these unscrupulous breeders to remove the dogs and to clean their farms. Means may more will be closed down.
