On the behalf of Ethan Pereira born on the 07/05/2016 . We fight for this child's future , his rights to study, work and happily live in Republic of Ireland. His father Daniel Pereira had been arrested on the 16/02/2018. The very same day as Daniel had been arrested Garda has arrived to his address with a goal to arrest his wife Beatrice Pereira and her 1 year old son. Thankfully to her mothers cry Beatrice was saved and not arrested . There for we worked hard on getting a refugee status for Beatrice and her son.
Also on the behalf of Daniel Pereira we would like to ask people to help us with his case. Daniel had been arrested by immigration police over a week ago and is still held captive in the Cloverhill prison in Dublin.The reason for his arrest is absolutely laughable as for he didn't change his address with immigration office even tho tax revenue/NDLS/ Bank and bills come to his address. Therefor the government does yields his address and could have used it withing the immigration office as it is after all one country with one government. Ireland always had been a place for refuges and people seeking better life for themselves and their families.
Daniel arrived to Ireland in 2005 with his family and graduated in Gorey Community school. In 2013 he returned to Brazil ( his place of origin) where he met his wife. In 2015 he decided to come back to Ireland with his fire, where he already had his past and bound with Ireland. He believed his life would be much better in Ireland. His family had been here since 2005 so he felt Ireland was the best place to go . He applied for his visa before the date of expiration but haven't succeeded and his visa haven't been granted to him. He is not entitled to work, or gain nay social help or protection for him or his wife. His child is only entitled to a medical help from a local doctor. Before his arrest Daniel lived with his friend who works hard to support Daniel and his family. Daniels parents ( with working permits) doing their best to help their son. Beatrice and Eithan are still currently living at the same address with their friend who still supports them and tries all impossible to get Daniel out and improve their living conditions and help them get their visa and working permits.
So we speak to you all, on behalf of Eithan Pereira please help us get his dad out of the prison and please help us make a better life for this little boy. Not just for him but for all children in Ireland.
