Lets use up our empty abandoned parking lot and make it a neighborhood skatepark!!

I was driving through my neighborhood and was reminded that on the side of the road there is a huge parking lot that hasn't been used for over 10 years and could be used efficiently for something our town lacks. A skatepark! Why would we just waste so much good land on a prime location right near the center of town! I know many people that would go almost every day. Our town could use a good outdoor concrete skatepark for scooters, skateboards, and bikes! Stop the waste and use the space!
