It has been most unfortunate that over the course of many years our Capital of Canada has been slacking in the enforcement of the City of Ottawa's Harrasment zero policy.
It has gone so far that the public are simply ignored. The complaint is made to the city but nothing done-and it has gone far!! Why? MMM $ perhaps.
There needs to be" a special taskforce" for this section of law that the public can complain directly by the internet (ie:like the gatineau police,qc can take harrasment complaints made by telephone over the internet)
The police even have to tell the bylaw to do thier job-why is no-one fired.?They are qualified to do thsi as each officer has years of experiance in social behaviour and psychology.
"They need the funding and permission ".
** Ottawa is not pulling its wieght in the money field with many business and other commerce departments being affected by harrasment and favoritism.
