Give Rapid Back His Channel

Recently the TF2 Youtuber Rapid had his channel terminated by YouTube over a issue of a link in the description, people post much worse things yet get to stay up. Rapid is a kind man who supports the TF2 community and other Youtubers and deserves another chance!
