Unsafe condition of Yandell road

We the residents who live on Yandell road are asking the Madison County Board of Supervisors to rebuild and repair Yandell road from highway 51 to highway 43. This road has been on the list of roads to rebuild for over a decade. During this time the number of subdivisions has gone from two to nine and the population has quadrupled. The tax base has increased many times during this time.

Now this road is so unsafe and is taking a toll on our vehicles. There are no painted stripes and at night it is impossible to see.. During this period we have built an exceptional elementary school. The traffic has increased because of this with several day care facilities. Our children are being bussed and on this very unsafe road. This road is so bad that the busses take more maintenance

We implore you the supervisors to take immediate action on this issue. People do not want to move to our subdivisions when they see this deplorable road.
