No Politics On Facebook Every Sunday

Facebook has become a vast wasteland of both political opinions and fact. There are online political debates the pit brother against brother and friend against friend. There are real news stories that appear fake and fake news stories that appear real. In recent times the FB experience is so polarized to this one topic that it drowns out so many other things happening in the world. We are proposing that there is one day a week, Sunday, that is a politics free day on Facebook. A total self imposed, self policed political news blackout. No political opinions, No political exchanges, just Cats, Football, Friends, Family, Sports, Music, Food and Good times. Then on Monday morning, The ban is lifted and the online soapbox pontifications can begin again.
