Please help me save this dog-TAKE ACTION

I need your help with this dog.Someone is claiming that this pit bull injured them back in July 2010,the dog is not a Pit Bull but a Terrier.And these people never sought medical treatment for there so-called injuries.The authorities want this dog put on a 3 foot chain with a muzzle at all times!I think that is cruelty to animals.The dog will be taken to the vet to prove its temperament and breed.I know the dog personally and it is the sweetest dog to everyone,this is a simple case of someone for some reason wanting my neighbors to get into trouble,witch by the way they have never ever had a problem with anyone about anything.This man truly loves his dog,he treats him as his baby,he is very heart broken over all of this and the possibility that he will have an enormous fine and the possibility of having his beloved dog taken from him,or confined to a muzzle and a 3 foot chain.
Please help me help him before he has to go to court in 2 weeks and may have to spend Christmas without his beloved ''Diesel''.Thank you so much for caring.
We the petition signers want to see this case cleared up A.S.A.P.,this is all just a big mess that should have never occurred.My dog is innocent of all charges and a very well behaved Terrier.We cannot bear the thought of this wonderful dog being taken from his loving home or confined to a 3 foot chain and a muzzle,that feels like animal abuse,not to mention the huge fine they want paid.We feel your time would be much better spent chasing down animal abusers and leaving the innocent alone.Thank you for your time in this very important matter-The Petition Signers.12/14/2019
