NO OFFICER IS ALLOWED TO KILL A HUMAN BEING IF NO WEAPON OR GUN IS IN PLAIN SIGHT IF THERE IS A WEAPON PRESENT YOU MUST NOT SHOOT TO KILL This world and these streets are very dangerous this day in age Everyday someone is losing a father a mother a son a daughter The officers have there work cut out for them but at the same time some of the officers are no better than the criminals on these streets In a situation where officers are put under pressure the emotion of fear should not take over and trigger him/her to automatically shoot to kill I believe these officers need to be retrained with extensive training Instead of aiming to kill they should be shooting an arm a leg the hand that holds a gun if that's the situation at hand Officers should want to be labeled hero's and want to take a criminal down and to jail not labeled a murdered because then you are just as bad as these criminals on the streets These officers and police departments are making videos that are going viral where they are interacting with local communities and having fun making dance challenges and if they really want to make a difference that's certainly not the way They don't take there jobs serious I think it's ridiculous and disgusting There are so many other ways to interact with the people of the communities I want these officers retrained world wide Stop hiring these officers so young I believe they need more life history checks before hired as well There are too many racist officers on these streets I believe there should be community meetings with police officers so that we can understand how you feel as well as you take time to understand how we feel So we can all work together as one Just because officers have guns and wear badges and uniforms don't make you any different from THE PEOPLE IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITES We all have homes and families we all have hearts we are all human beings some of us the same color WE ARE ONE AND WE HAVE TO STOP KILLING EACH OTHER. GUNS ARE WEAPONS TO PROTECT NOT TO KILL THINK WITH YOUR HEART NOT WITH HATE MAKE RATIONAL DECISIONS NOT FAST NOT THOUGHT THROUGH LIFE CHANGING DECISIONS
