Simultaneous tick and tow stop it now

I was recently victimized by a policy in the Village to Tow a vehicle while ticketing it. I am not the first but I want to be the last. Many Residents have been victimized by this policy and it is time for it to stop. If a vehicle warrants ticketing so be it put a ticket on it. If it is not dangerous to the public Why add the expense of towing it. This act is punitive in nature and unnecessary. The good citizens of our village need to be afforded the opportunity to mitigate this situation before any other action is taken. Join with me in this effort to change things for the better?
