Demand Mexican Law for Animal Rights

In Mexico there is a large number of stray animals that live under precarious conditions unhealthy and abuse of all kinds, especially dogs and cats. All this is because people have no culture about the care they should have with their pets, and neutering their pets, also porcurarles properly a place to live and food to survive.
