Protect environment ! Ban polythene decorations and limit cutouts and posters in Sri Lanka

With the recent election results it proved beyond any doubts that polythene decorations, cutouts and posters are useless and people intelligent to select their leaders despite what they see.
So in order to prevent these things in future we start this petition urging all political parties to take steps on total banning of polythene and limiting cut outs and posters to the respective public rally areas. That too must totally remove by the organizers within a day or two.
This petition is totally beyond any party-politics!!!!
