INTERCESSORS GATHERED TOGETHER~

  • by: Donna Matthews
  • recipient: All Christians who have asked Jesus into their hearts and made a committment~

Christians who want to unite in prayer as 'Intercessors' should sign the petition. The more signatures the better to committ to gathering as 'Intercessors'. But if you can print the petition out you are welcome to send it to your Church, Fellowship, Prayer Group, and to share this petition with anyone who may be interested. Intercessors put in petitions to the Lord also; through prayer and they put in pleas for people who need thier prayers.
There are many periods of time when intercessors have gathered to unite in prayers and petitions to the Lord! For instance, during World War I and II, during the Civil War, duringthe sixties when many people turned away from God, God than brought forth street Christians and Church Christians to intercede, petition, plea, and counter this non-believing movement. This is now happening again in this day and age. People are becoming apathetic towards God, and once more  we must rise in intercession to counter this.
If you are ready to make a committment to becoming an intercessor, and to gather together to intercede to the Lord, for those who need our help, please sign this petition. Signing this petition is a statement that you are ready to petition to the Lord for others! That you wil remain firm in your faith and in your committment as an intercessor! You also may share this with others and write to churches, fellowships, and prayer groups everywhere to join in intercession with you and to make a committment! Intercession can also be online, or offline, and in any location! Come gather together and join us in intercession to the Lord, and for the Lord! We pray in peace.

This petition is to encourage Christian Intercessors to gather together in peaceful petition and prayer for others and for the Lord, and to the Lord! I remember in the 1960's that Christians would gather everywhere to pray. Christians gathered to pray in coffee houses, in Churches, in Fellowships, in tent revivals and in Prayer Groups, And they were consistent and firm in their committment to prayer!  Are we becoming apathetic in our prayer life? Let us make a firm committment to become Intercressors and to gather together in prayer!
