Attention - RSPCA NSW, Animal Welfare League of New South Wales, Australia - The Hon Mr Paul Lynch, MP Liverpool Electorate. The situation with Nala is a sad one. She has been kept on a 2nd floor concrete balcony for at least a year, without any access to the residence, a soft floor, or a temperature controlled setting. it is too Hot in Summer, and Freezing in winter. Nala is not properly fed by her young owners, who have recently brought a baby into the family. Nala is receiving Nutrition because their neighbor throws food onto the balcony daily! The neighbor has taken many pictures on a daily basis as well as contacted the Authorities, RSPCA NSW and AWL Australia. The authorities have done nothing with this information, other than to tell the neighbor no laws are being broken or ignore her calls completely! This is not right, and we Hope it can be Rectified. State, Local & Federal Policies & Proceedures need to be changed, An Animal Abuse register needs to be supported & implemented by our Elected officials. Without the support of them, nothing will change. The neighbor should not be responsible for the care of Nala, nor should she be forced to watch this precious pup struggle and suffer each and every day! We are asking each of you to step in to help! Please contact the RSPCA NSW and Animal Welfare League to demand they look into this case further! Additionally, signatures on the petition will provide the RSPCA NSW and Animal Welfare League the evidence that no citizen of Australia is going to stand by while the Authorities appear to do nothing.
