Getting rid TV licensing

People already pay TV subscriptions to other companies and with "free view" What we also pay for If you include the TV licensing fee making it not "free".
The BBC should ask for subscribing customers if they wish to charge for the services they provide and we should chose if we want them like Sky.

This could be worded wrong but I'm sure you see my point of all this.
My education is limited to government cut back.
