Private street name change from Taylor place to English Place

Taylor Place is a dirt road partially on our property that was used to access two houses that were built after our home was built. Those two homes are no longer there. Taylor place now is only used as our driveway access to 14400 old Jenny Lind loop, the English home 2nd generation. There is one other property that joins the back of my home that has an abandoned Mobile home on it that has been ravaged. My family home is the only occupied house that will be affected by the name change. I will be filing to purchase the property behind mine as well so that I can remove the stripped Mobile home and clean up the property. We are refurbishing our 100 year old home and would very much love to rename the private drive from Taylor pl to English Place as there are no more residents with that name and we English's are still residing there. Also part of that road is our property and it is our only access to our home. Thank you very much for your attention to this request.
