All employers subject to wage withholding for child support

    Some companies make it harder to collect child support making it harder for custodial parent moms and dads to collect. These same companies can also be unaware of any employees who are to be paying monthly or weekly payments.
    Many non custodial parents wind up as 'deadbeat dads'.
    It leaves these single parents just as that.....SINGLE and on only one income forced to struggle.
    Child support was never designed as any punishment on a dad, it's just the law that so many are seemingly allowed to get away with, but why
    Child support is the child's right.
    It's designed for the child or children. Few companies make it not even against the law that they knowingly pay under the table to these dads, risking fines and worse to their companies thinking they are protecting someone when they are creating and forcing moms and dads to seek state funding and other aid when if dads and moms just do what should be done, there would be less issues.
    Every company should be doing wage withholding. No one should be truly exempt from paying child support. This should be fully enforced. Even after 18, they should pay it off. You don't just write off your phone bill, rent, or electric bill. Why should child support be the same?
