As part of the Wynnewood Neighborhood Association we wanted to express our total disappointment on the manner in which the stair replacement project has been mishandled by Taylor Management and the Board of Trustees of the Wynnewood Neighborhood Association. For over the past 8 years Taylor Management and the Board, has been negligent in maintaining the unit stair to the point in which unit owners will incurred an excessive assessment due to the lack of maitenance, disclosure of engendering study results/ assestment and disclousure of the possible options for resolution to the unit owners.
Even thought we have express our concerns and financial impact that this project wI'll have to unit owners, the board and Taylor Management have not been transparent with all the project details and the necessary information to ensure the unit owners can make their assestment and appropriate decisions. In other words, due to the mismanagement and lack of decisiveness bith, the board and Taylor Nanagemnt have created an urgency that could have been avoided. Based on our two most recent meetings, the Board and Taylor Management did not take full accountability in avoiding this situation, urgent need of action, lack of communication and transparency to the unit owners and have made a decision not to disclose all bids, co tract or important documents to the homeowners which will and have created a negative financial impact to the homeowners, which could have been avoided
Recently we received a communication from the Board and Taylor Management, outlining the payment options for the project. In the event that homeowners will pay the full amount of $ 6,000 they will need to ensure that payment is made and received by Taylor Management by June 22nd. Once again, the full details of the project have not been disclosed to homeowners, although they are seeking the Homeiwners to make a decision on which option they will choose. We request from this petition that disclosure of all contracts, bids and important information be disclosed immediately before homeowners can choose a payment option.
We the homeowners are signing this petition as we agree to both the negligence, decisiveness and poor comunication and transparency for both the Board and Taylor Management.
