NEWBLOOM AND JUSTICE, VALVE

We are the players. We all play game - Dota 2, We all waitting Newbloom, but Valve dont execute theirs promises. They promised us a new a new game engine (for dota 2), they promised us event. And what now? Valve gived us low-quality product (When we startes search game (event) - serves crashed; Valve destroyed oneself event (they changed the rools, which real sucks)). Where is performance promises, Where are fixes? We, players, wont compensation. (Especially those, who bought Arcana)
