Please sign and share this petition in an effort to severely punish woman who "takes" people's dogs and then sells them on Craigslist for money in her pocket. Similar situations have proven that this young woman is poaching these dogs for resale. These suffering families want to bring this story to light in order to find their dogs, Koda from Norfolk and the 3-year old Husky from Chesapeake. There may be other victims and this woman needs t be stopped and punished!
In Norfolk, Va, a two-year olds best friend, a 6-month old husky named Koda went missing, causing great distress for the family. They have just discovered that 22-year-old Jessica Colleran is responsible for the family's heartache. The woman listed Koda for sale on Craigslist and sold the pup.
As it turns out, a similar situation occurred in Chesapeake when this same woman was apprehended while a three-year old husky was in her presence. The dog's owner was also distraught over the loss of his dog and it appears that Ms. Colleran was attempting to sell this dog as well on Craigslist.
Koda's owners are hoping that whoever bought him will come forward; they would be compensated well for reuniting the pup with their family. Authorities are asking for anyone else to come forward who have been affected by Ms. Colleran. She needs to be stopped and severely punished for poaching these poor animals from their rightful owners and then selling them on Craigslist for profit.
