Stop HOA ridiculous Fees and Towing expenses to innocent people of the community !

It is not fair that you live in a community without peace and constant harassment from a towing company contracted through your HOA. You should only be expected to spend your hard earned money to live, provide money for bills such as HOA, Rent, and lights and to provide shelter for your family , but that is being hindered because of your HOA controlling where your car must be parked . I think it is foolish that our HOA charges us ridiculous fees to park on "their" parking lot - Meaning if your tags are not up to date , then you receive a 50 dollar boot, and 180 dollar tow , on top of a extra 50 for a dolly( that protects your transmission supposedly ) that is not even a service to the customer , but your HOA demands it to collect more money ! Our HOA includes that the car be booted for four hours and if you don't step forward and call between that time , then your car will be towed ! Now, the typical tow trucks comes between 1- 5 am , even through they state the hours of operation 7pm-7am . Lets get serious who is really woke then , to be alerted that their car has been towed . This is highway robbery !!!I don't think it fair for us as a community to be expected to pay our monthly fees to HOA and then they find another way to collect more money . I am sorry , but not everyone can keep up with their car expenses , for examples being -Single Parent , recent decease spouse , Ill or terminally Ill , the list goes on and on !! We already are fined by the Police , why can we not have relief in our own community !! This needs to STOP immediately !! Please Join me in raising our voices and stop this injustice!
