Criminalize "League of Legends!"

The popular MOBA, "League of Legends" affects people by creating a community of intolerable barbarous imbeciles. Riot Games, the creator, practically encourages harassment and needs to be stopped. My goal is to shut down "League of Legends" from being used any further.
