Punish and Get Rid of Politicians who Make Laws and Decisions Based on Religion!!

Politics has been corrupted by religion! Not everyone has the same religion and beliefs! Why are elected officials allowed to do anything when they literally say that they are influenced with religion?? It is unconstitutional to force religious beliefs on people, and the lawmakers have no problem doing so every day. The 1st amendment says we should have freedom to practice our own religion, but we can't if lawmakers force corrupt laws based on their religious beliefs. There is supposed to be a seperation of church and state, how are all of these politicians allowed to hold office when they ignore the constitution??
