Anyone Convicted of Animal Cruelty should not be allowed to own any type of animal

The reason why i hope that people will sign this petition is because animals don't have any rights like us humans.  How many times do you sign petitions on animals being abused, neglected, starved, murdered, burned, sexually abused, and dragged behind people's vehicles. I could go on all day at how many I've signed and i still see no Justice has been served to these poor innocent , and defenseless animals. The person may even get jail time but that's only a short time before they get out and abuse these animals over and over again. We the people need to stand up and fight for these animals rights. Justice needs to be served. Anyone Convicted of  Animal Cruelty should not be allowed to own any type of animal. Look at Michael Vick for example. He had dog fighting rings he used other dogs as bait dogs and now he owns another dog a Belgian Malinois (or Belgian Shepherd Dog and i dont feel it's right  because there was so many dogs that suffered at his hands. We need stronger laws to protect animals. I hope that we can one day pass laws for people who are repeat Offenders of animal cruelty and see that they get the Capital Punishment which is the Death Penalty. We need to send stronger messages to these inmates that animals are worth fighting for and that we will not allow animal cruelty in any of our states.  I hope to see that animals will have rights to  protect them from any kind of violence. We need an Offenders list. Anyone registered on the list would be restricted from owning a pet or working where pets are present, and they would be required to notify authorities of a change of address. People who do these horrible things to animals are a danger to Society and if someone could abuse, torture, and murder an animal then they could do the same to a child or another person. We need these Laws to protect all of God's creatures meaning people and animals.  I hope that anyone reading this will sign we need to do something about animal abusers. I hope to put an end to animals  suffering  everywhere thank you so much let our voices be heard .

If i had it my way id say that all animal abusers  be

sentenced to the death penalty  if it was at all possible id like to make that a law  for anyone who was ever Convicted  of animal Cruelty  im tired of seeing animals being tortured  and  neglected / asbused  ive signed i know a million animal petitions  and still see 

No Justice  being done about  animals  abusers  we need stronger laws  to protect all animals  we need

Tougher Penalties, or Higher Fines  i feel that anyone
