WE, people of this country, say NO to the new PPRN review plan by anticipation

Despite the MASS protests by the general population AGAINST the new PPRN revising plan instigated by the president, Emmanuel Macron through the lobbyists of insurance companies during one of his visits to the island after hurricane IRMA, the state representative in saint martin Sylvie Feucher has decided to go ahead and apply the new PPRN zoning plan and the new regulation in advance in a few days despite the negative opinion and the unanimous vote of our local elected officials who voted AGAINST on Wednesday, July 17, 2019.

This lack of respect and ignorantbehavior towards the people of Saint Martin will not only affect the people that are here today, but also our childrenand grandchildren and their futuregeneration. This dictatorial colonial behavior will NOT be tolerated or accepted today or tomorrow or beyond.

WE, the people have been through the most powerful and dangerous hurricane ever recorded in the history of humanity and in the Caribbean seas and WE the people have survived together; In our sleep, WE the people continue to hear and see these people praying for the storm to be over, WE the people continue to see mothers holding their babies in their arms, WE the people continue to see brave men and women risking their lives to save the lives of others, WE the people continue to hear the cry for help from the neighbors next door.

WE the people continue to see to this very day our elderly who are mentally traumatized because of hurricane IRMA. 
So WE the people refuse today to suffer another hurricane caused by someone who is just passing through the island and who has no idea about our island history and culture and who will sign a document ordering WE the people NOT to rebuild future family home that's been destroyed or damaged by the storm.
These same family homes have been on the coastline from generation to generation passed on to generations.

Today
WE, the people of this island say :

-NO to the new PPRN zoning plan by anticipation 
-Protect the population without indirectexpropriation 
-If there's a hurricane in the horizon, then mandatory evacuation to hurricane shelters 
-Respect the Saint Martin population 
-Yes to a stronger and safer identical reconstructions 
-STOP all form of criminal procedure, decision and summons to court and at the gendarmerie against anyone who rebuild their house to live with their family after Hurricane IRMA without a building permit because they could NOTat sleep on the street.

-Resignation and immediate departure of the prefect Sylvie Feucher OFF the island of Saint Martin for the lack of respect towards the Saint Martin people

Malgré les protestations massives de la population en général contre le nouveau plan de révision du PPRN incité par le président, Emmanuel Macron par la voie des lobbyistes de compagnies d'assurance lors de l'une de ses visites sur l'île après l'ouragan IRMA, le représentant de l'état à saint martin Sylvie Feucher a décidé d'aller de l'avant et d'appliquer par anticipation le nouveau zonage et la nouvelle réglementation dans quelques jours en dépit de l'avis défavorable et du vote unanime de nos élus locaux qui ont voté Mercredi 17 juillet 2019 CONTRE.

Ce manque de respect et ce comportement ignorant envers la population saint martinoise affecteront non seulement les personnes qui sont ici aujourd'hui, mais également nos enfants et petits-enfants et leur génération future.
Ce comportement dictatorial colonialiste ne sera ni toléré ni accepté aujourd'hui ni demain ni au-delà.

NOUS, la population avons traversé l'ouragan le plus puissant et le plus dangereux jamais enregistré dans l'histoire de l'humanité et dans les mers des Caraïbes et NOUS avons survécu ensemble; 
Dans notre sommeil, NOUS continuons à entendre et à voir ces gens prier pour que la tempête soit finie, NOUScontinuons à voir des mères tenant leur bébé dans leurs bras, NOUS continuons à voir des hommes et des femmes courageux risquer leur vie pour sauver d'autres, nous continuons à entendre le cri pour l'aide des voisins d'à côté.

NOUS continuons à voir jusqu'à ce jour nos personnes âgées mentalement traumatisées même après un an et demi à cause du passage de l'ouragan IRMA.
Alors NOUS refusons donc aujourd'hui de subir un autre ouragan provoqué par quelqu'un qui est juste de passage sur l'île et qui n'a pas la moindre idée de notre histoire qui signera un document donnant ordre de ne pas reconstruire des futures maison familiale parce que détruite ou endommagé par la tempête mais qui ont été sur le littoral il y a plusieurs décennies.

Aujourd'hui, NOUS, la population de cette île disons :

-NON au nouveau plan de zonage du PPRN par anticipation
-Protéger la population sans expropriation indirecte
-Que s'il y a un ouragan à l'horizon, alors évacuation obligatoire vers les abris anti-ouragan
-Respecter la population Saint Martinoise 
-Oui à une reconstruction identique plus forte et plus sûre
- STOP à toute forme de procédure pénale, de décision et convocation en justice et à la gendarmerie à l'encontre de toute personne qui on reconstruit leur maison pour vivre avec leur famille après le passage de l'ouragan IRMA sans permis de construire parce qu'ils ne pouvaient pas dormir dans la rue.
