This group represents a group of parents committed to saving the Little Gym in Ballwin from closing. The Little Gym has been invaluable in our kids development and education, teaching self esteem and social skills as well as cartwheels and somersaults. Mr. Mark has been an excellent role model for our children. We would like to see him continue to do the good work that has made the Little Gym a part of the community for the past 16 years. The Little Gym has provided an affordable and beneficial experience for children in Ballwin as well as a fun social network for the parents. We want to encourage Weingarten Realty Investors to renegotiate their lease with Mr. Mark and the Little Gym. Let's Save the Little Gym! Together we can make a difference.

We are the former and current families of the Little Gym in Ballwin. We are concerned members of the community. We are parents, formers students, employees and friends that have been touch by the Little Gym in Ballwin and Mark Landis. We are consumers who will use the power of our pocketbook to help save the Little Gym.We are willing to take our business from all of the tenants of Ballwin Plaza to other vendors in the area, opting to shop at Shop N Save instead of Schnucks or Hobby Lobby instead of Michael's.
All we desire is that Weingarten Realty Investors return to the negotiating table to offer "Mr. Mark" and the Little Gym a reasonable lease so the Little Gym can continue to serve the children of our community.
The Ballwin Plaza has fallen into disrepair with little in the way of landscaping and vacancies that have sat for years. Coupled with a weakened economy, many businesses have suffered in the past few years, the Little Gym in Ballwin is no exception. Despite the challenges Mr. Mark has tried to keep the tuition rates low and affordable. He has tried to renegotiate the terms of his lease with Weingarten Realty with no relief and now he is forced to close his doors.
As a concerned parents and citizens we would like Weingarten Realty to take another look at the Little Gym in Ballwin and Mr. Mark. We would like them to return to negotiations and try to come to a reasonable agreement.
