End the use of foamed polystyrene in San Diego

Better known as Styrofoam, foamed polystyrene is a product used in packing peanuts, cups, and takeout boxes. Foamed polystyrene lasts more that 500 years. Even though making foamed polystyrene provides jobs, foamed polystyrene use must be abolished because it has a catastrophic effect on the environment and living organisms.
