Legalize pitbulls in kck

I want to make i legal to be able to own a pitbull withput the constant fight over trying to keep them. Not all pitbulls are bad and aggressive dogs its all about how you raise them. If the city offered classes on owning a pitbull it would help with the aggression they can have. The people of kck have a right to own dogs and the city is taking that right away slowly by making certain breeds illelag to own in certain areas.
