Urge district to keep a great educator
Parents do not want to see an educator be put to the side just because of a contract she is more than just a contract for us she means very much to us and our children. There are teachers at this school that want to see her gone and it isnt right. Favoritism isnt something that us as parents want to see happening in our school. Were upset that such a great teacher has to look for somewhere else to teach. Yes there is a contract but if she was more well liked would she have been kept? Because she isnt liked by some doesnt mean thats why shes gonna leave. We hope our district will see how much she means to us and how much she has done for this school and our children.
At Miguel E Carrillo Mrs. DeLuna has been teaching kindergarten our students have progressed significantly through this year Mrs. DeLuna has put herself above and beyond our standards of an educator we are all very pleased to see the difference she has made in our school choir has been a choice of hers to put time and effort in our students beyond her class and grade level to teach them and have them perform for the school and us parents.
