Have the Head Coach resigned

Since day one of conditioning Marissa has not been there for the players. She was not there when we had try outs nor to even pick out who's Varsity or who may JV.  Our games started on March 1, 2014 and as of 04/22/14 she has only attended 4 games.  When she does attend practice she only show up maybe once a week for only 30 to 40 minutes than she leaves. As parent and players she has not bonded with the players with so ever. when played against La Quinta Marrisa was more texting on her phone in the dugout than coaching. The players wanted to tell her can you please put your phone away for at least 2 hours,
