Make Cod Ghost Backwards Compatible on Ps3 and Ps4

Well, Not everybody can afford a next gen console and atm cod ghost isn't backward compattible.So for example, lets say two school friends want to play with each other but because of one kids parents financial prblems he cant get the ps4 so he cant play with his friends
