We hereby request respectfully that an Emeregency Session be convened by the U.S. Legislature to put an immediate end to the barbaric methods being used to kill horses in Mexico. We respectfully ask that these horses not be allowed to leave US soil and cross into Mexico for this horrific fate.
The US Government and its citizens in its affection for horses has mistakenly pushed these events to unfold unaware that this would be the only alternative for discarded horses.
