Goodearth Transit system needs better management

Goodearth public transit needs a better Administrator!
Our current Administrator Philip Liner is not maintaining our public bus system.

The buses have not ran a full-day's written schedule without numerous cancellations since he took office.
He claims he has no drivers, yet nothing is being done to find them, except post on Facebook to 75 followers.
No ads in the paper, no signs made, not even a notice on the buses, themselves.
And, to add insult to our system, Philip Liner had the nerve to have schedule-signs made and posted them at every bus stop.

So, I believe, this is now false advertising. Posting a written time schedule, when he hasn't ran a full-day's schedule without numerous cancellations in 6months.

All I ever see is cancellations and buses not showing up as advertised..or at all.

I think Philip Liner needs to resign and Terrebonne parish needs to find a more competent Goodearth Administrator.

Dear Gregory Bush(public works director),
We, frequent riders of Goodearth transit, feel the current Administrator Phillip Liner is not doing his best to maintain an efficient bus system. Since former Administrator Wendell left, Goodearth has become very unreliable.
All we ever see are long lists of cancellations, Buses becoming no-shows with no reliable notices before-hand, Drivers just doing whatever they want.
I, speak for several riders, and together we have contacted Liner about the schedule situation, but we've received nothing but lies, excuses and false promises.
First try: November: we emailed Liner. His response: "Terrebonne isn't giving me enough money"
Then: December: we emailed Liner. His response: "I will have several drivers by January."
January: we emailed Liner. His response: "We hired several drivers, plus extras to fill in for sick drivers."
February-now, here we are, still having nurmerous cancellations and buses just not showing up. What happened to all the drivers, Liner claimed was hired? Were they temps?
We believe, all he's doing is hiring drivers temporarily, just to make it look like he's doing something.
Basically just making us riders look like liars, when we complain to the parish.
So, we're trying a petition.
A petition to make Goodearth owners to step in and fix whatever problems Goodearth is having and start running a full PERMINANT schedule.
We want the cancellations and no-shows to stop for more than a week.
We want our reliable bus system back the way it was when Mr. Wendell ran it. When he was in charge, Goodearth never had cancelled routes and drivers were friendly.
Now we have jerky drivers, doing whatever they want, showing up for work IF they want.
Basically, what we would like Mr Liner to do is either do a better job or resign.
Because, seeing "Sorry for the inconvenience"..EVERY..SINGLE..WEEKDAY on Facebook is just not acceptable anymore.
We want action.
We want Mr Liner to stop with the excuses and do what he's supposed to do.
Find drivers and run a full PERMINANT bus schedule.
Not just hire 3-4drivers for 2 weks then let them walk out.
Just posting on Facebook won't get drivers, he needs to advertise in the paper or put signs on the bus...like Wendell used to do. But, Liner's not doing that.

I don't know why Wendell even left. Retirement or fired, but I do know that Mr Liner is the worse replacement Terrebonne parish has chosen.
And, if he can't do his job and keep the buses running, We'd like Terrebonne parish to replace him with someone who can.
We want our RELIABLE transit buses back.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Jon and several frequent, long-time riders of Goodearth transit system
