Stop people being knocked down

Please take the time to read my reasons for this petition. Today whilst travelling to my house there was an elderly man knocked down on a dangerous part of a public road. To ensure the safety of the elderly residents which live very close by and cross this road daily to get to the local supermarket as well as parents and their children who walk to school across that same road everyday I wish for there to be a zebra crossing put in place. Please make this happen without your signatures this road will remain dangerous and put many more lives at risk. It's my goal to get as many signatures as possible to enable me to present this to the local councillor
